The Special General Body Meeting has been called to discuss and to approve the Bye-Laws of CPWA Mysuru Centre. The meeting was held at IFTTC auditorium, CFTRI Campus on 12th August 2026. The draft bye-law document which was circulated earlier was presented during the meeting. About 80 members were attended the meeting.

Dr. NG Malleshi, President of CPWA Mysuru Centre, in his welcome address briefed about the need of Bye-Law to get PAN card for our Centre. Before starting the meeting one minute silence was observed to pay condolences to the member who has left us recently.

Dr. UJS Prasad Rao, Secretary of CPWA Mysuru Centre presented the Bye-Law point by point. Each point was deliberated by the members and noted down the suggestions made by them. The Secretary the expressed his gratitude to the Sub Committee chaired by Mr. YS Ramachandra Rao for drafting the Bye-Law document.

Er. SN Krishna Rao, Immediate Past President of CPWA Mysuru Centre pointed out that the guidelines for conducting the Election for EC Members  and the guidelines for the Benevolent Fund Scheme were already approved in the previous AGBM and members and they were included in the BYE-Law.

Mr. Vasu, Joint Secretary CPWA Mysuru Centre proposed Vote of Thanks.

The Meeting was concluded with singing National Anthem.

Delicious lunch was served after the meeting.
